Section 1. o driver of a vehicle on the public streets of
Little stock shall make a left hand turn at any street intersection
w'iere an overhead traffic light is now or may hereafter be installed
and maintained, provided however, that this Y)rohii_'ition shall not
app -)ly to operators of vehicles travelin- on fixed traclLs.
Section 2. Any person violating; any of the provisions of this
ordinance shall be deemed � uilty of a misderieanor, arc', on conviction
in t'ne Little Lott_ ::unicipal court, shall pa7r a fire of not less
t ,Lan two dollars nor n_ore than twenty five dollars; and each vio-
lation sj'aall constitute a separate offense.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force ,-n(I effect
