AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PRDPE &TY ENOWN AS LOT NINE (9) , BLOCK ONE (1) , OAK
GLEL!1 .ADDITION; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. WO, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AFNANW;
I
Section 1. That property known as Lot 9, Block 1, Oak Glen.rAddition, in
U* City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned, as residential
»Ba district property, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby
re -zoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in the Zone eCe -
two family district, under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Hap thereto attached and
made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification and re-
zoning of said Lot 9, Block 1, Oak Glen Addition, as outlined in Section 1 here-
of, said property 'to be hereafter known and classified as being in the Zone "V-
two family district.
Section S. That the Council has determined at a public hearing held on
July 74 1941
and it is
hereby declared that all the pro-requi-
sites to the
passage
of this Ordinance
have been complied with in connection
herewith, and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage and approval.
