ORDINANCE NO. 6262
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE PAVING WIDTH OF THIRTY FEET FROM CURB
TO CURB ON WEST EIGHTEENTH STREET FROM WOLFE TO BATTERY STREETS IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CON-
FLICT THEREWITH, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section I. The paving width on West Eighteenth Street from
Wolfe to Battery Street is hereby fixed and estahlished at thirty
(30) feet from curb to curb.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
