is hereby amended to read as follows:

designated on the following streets:

5th to 6th on Scott street - 4 a.m. to 5 a.m.
6th to 8th on Scott street - 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.
Bridge street to 10th on IMain street - 4 a.m to 5 a.m.
Yarkham to 8th on Louisiana street - 4 a.m. to 5 a.gt.
14-arkham to 8th on Center Street - 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.
