collected on August 1 of each of the years 1930 to 1940, In-
elusive; and
YIIIiEREAS, the amount of the assessment collected as
levied has':been insufficient to retire the bonds and the Dis-
trict nor has outstanding $4,350 in unpaid bonds, and it will
be necessary to levy a full one hundred per centum (100 %) of
the assessed benefits;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That seven and one -half per centum (7j%).
of the assessed benefits on each block, lot and parcel of real
property in Street Improvement District No. 514 be levied on
said assessment of benefits as the same now remains in the office
of the City Clerk and shall be paid on or before the fifteenth
day of September of the year 1941 and a like levy of seven and
one -half per centum (7) shall be paid on or before the fifteenth
day of September of the year 1942, and that two and one -half
_per centum (2j%) of said assessed benefits shall be levied and

Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
In conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage.
