BE IT ORDAINED BY TuE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK., ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is -ereby authorized
to advertize for bids for and make purchase o-, ' the following:
(A.) The materials neceesary to preparr.bicyele
license tags.
(B.) Receipts necessary to be used by the police
department and the city collector's office in
the enforcement of the bieycld registration
ordinance.
Section 2. This ordinance s ^all be in full Force pnd effect
