AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TO ACME LAUNDRY & CLEANERS, Inc.,
THE RIGHT TO CUT BACK THE CURB ADJACENT TO ITS PROPERTY
AT THE INTERSECTION OF TENTH AND SPRING STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1: Permission is hereby granted to Acre
I
Laundry & Cleaners, Inc., to cut back the curb on the Tenth
Street side of its building located at Tenth and Spring Streets
in the City of Little Rock to a depth of eight (8) feet and ex-
tending in length fifty -five (55) feet, and to cut back the
curb on the Spring Street side of its building to a depth of
five (5) feet and extending in length seventy -five (75) feet.
SECTION 2: The cost of the work shall be borne by
Acme Laundry & Cleaners, Inc., and it shall be done in a manner
and with materials approvable to the City Engineer.
SECTION 3: The permission herein granted is subject
to revocation by the City Council of the City of Little Rock,
and in the event of revocation the cost of the restoration of
the premises shall be borne by Acme Laundry & Cleaners, Inc.,
and the manner of doing the work and the materials used shall
be subject to the approval of the City Engineer.
SECTION 4: All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
