AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 6220 AND APPROPRIATING SIXTY DOLLUg ($60.00) PER MONTH OUT OF THE GENERAL FUNDS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO PROVIDE THE CITY'S SHARE IN THE HOUSEKERPINO AID PROJECTS OF LITTLE ROCK OF THE WORKS PROJECTS ADMINISTRATION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHERIA8, the City of Little Rook is receiving through;, . tq, oit sons the benefits of the Housekeeping Aid Projosts of Little Rook of the Works Projects Administration, and WHEREAS, the services performed in our community by these pro- jests are of great benefit to those of our citizens who are tempor- arily incapacitated through no fault of their own, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. Section 1. That` the sum of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) is hereby appropriated out of the General Revenue Fund of the City of Little Rook, Arkansas for the purpose of contributing to the support of the Housekeeping Aid Projects of Little Rook of the Works Projects Admin- i'strat3oo, , Section 2. That said moneys shall be paid to such person or persons as the Administrator of the Works Projects Administration for Arkansas may direct, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue the warrant of the City of Little Rook for said amounts: the first payment shall be made on the tenth day of October, 1941, and a like amount on the tenth day of each succeeding month thereafter, and shall be used solely for the purpose of fostering and�lfeoilitating the work of the said Housekeeping Aid Projects of Little Rook- eats provided for under this ordinanes _all �. ._�etiea 3.
