AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR AND MAKE PURCHASE OF TWO CARS TO BE USED BY THE
DIRECTOR OF MILK AND DAIRY CONTROL AND THE INSPECTOR OF MILK
AND DAIRIES; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND'CITY CLERK TO ISSUE
THE CITY'S WARRANT IN PAYMENT THEREOF,AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY -THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized

used by the Director of Milk and Dairy control and the Inspector
of Milk and Dairies.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to issue the city's warrant upon the general funds in payment
of the cars authorized in Section 1 and such sums as shall be
necessary to make such payment is hereby appropriated out of the
general revenue.
Section 3. This ordinanee shall be in full force and
after
effect from and its passage and approval.
