AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MLYOR AND BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE FOR 1HVD RECEIVE BIDS FOR FOUR
HUNDRED (4:00) METAL POSTS FOR THE, MIOUNTING OF STOP
SIGNS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY T�-iy CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
RO Cif, ARKM SAS:
Sectica 1. The Mayor and Board of Public Affairs
are hereby authorized to advertise for and receive bidis for
four hundred (400) metal posts, 10 foot long, on which
Stop Signs �vill be mounted.
Section 2. WHEREAS, the above metal posts are
needed for the mounting of the Stop Signs at intersections
and for the preservation of the public peace, health, and
safety, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and ap1roval. ,
