AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS AND MADE A CONTRACT FOR THE RECONDITIONING OF THE LITTLE
ROCS COUNCIL CHAMBER AND THE FURNITURE THEREIN AT A COST NOT TO
EXCEED TWELVE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($13,250.00)9 APPROPRIATING THE
FUNDS NECESSARY THEREFOR OUT OF THE GENERAL FUNDS, AND FOR OTHER

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY-OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise for bids and make accontract for the re-
conditioning and rearrangement of the Little Rock Council Chamber
and the reconditioning and replacing of the present furniture, the
entire area to be repainted, rearranged and redecorated, the floor
to be covered with new asphalt tile and a large ventilating fan to
be installed at a total cost not to exceed Twelve Hundred Fifty Dol-
lars (41,250900).
Section 2. The expenditures authorized under this ordinance
shall be made out of the general funds of the City of Little Rock,
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
