Section 1. The I,�ayo r and Board of Public Affairs
are hereby authorized to advertise for and receive bids for
four (4) Police S7uad Cars for use in the Police Department,
to replace four (4) squad cars which have been in service
twenty -four hours a day, for over a year.
Section 2. 1,MEREAS, the above equipment is vitally
necessary to the City of Little Rock in the protection and
preservation of the public peace, health, and safety, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
