AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE FOR AND RECEIVE BIDS FOR TEN (10)

BE .,IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The 14ayor and Board of Public Affairs
are hereby authorized to advertise for and receive bids
for ten (10) Police Yotorcycles to be used in the Police
Traffic Department to replace ten (10) old motorcycles which
have been in service for the past four years and which are
not giving satisfactory service.
Section 2. WHEREAS, the move motorcycles are
vitally necessary to the City of Little Rock in the protection
; . and preservation of the public peace, health, and safety, and
to facilitate the safe flow of traffic through this City,:
an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
