An Ordinance Levying an Additional
18 Per Cent of the Assessment of
Benefits within Street Improvement
District No. 435 of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas
WHEhE,AS, it has been ascertained that the 82 per cent of the assess-
went of benefits heretofore levied a;ainst the property within Street
Improvement District No. 435 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas is not
sufficient to pay the outstanding bonds and interest, requirements of said
district, and that certain of said bonds and accrued interest are past due;
NOW, THEIiLFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas,
SECTION ONE: That the several blocks, lots, parcels and other sub-
divisions of real property within Street Improvement District No. 435 of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas be and they are hereby assessed accor-
ding to the assessment list for said improvement district, as -the same
now remains in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas and as the same may be annually readjusted by the Board of
-assessors and that 6 per centum of said assessments of the value of bene-
fits of each of said docks, lots, parcels and other subdivisions of real
property be paid annually as follows: 6% on March 1, 1942; 6,% on March 1,
1943; and 6% on March 1, 1944.
SECTION U,-W: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
