IN THl : YE*& ADY-I :1ISTRATION BUILDIP:G AT THE LITTLE ROCK 11,7UNICIPAL
AIRPORT, AND FOR OT?iER PURPOSES.
BE.IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and empowered to enter into a lease with the American Airlines, Inc.
for four (4) offices in the new Administration Building at the
Little Rock municipal Airport being a ticket alcove, radio room,
operations room, and adjoining office for a consideration of One
Hundred One Dollars Fifty Cents ($101.50) per month, the lease to*
run for a term of five (5) years with an option to renew for another
five (5) years upon the same terms and conditions.
Section 2. A copy of the proposed lease is here presented
and hereby approved.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect front and after its passage and approval.
