AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS AA;D 1,JAKE A CONTRACT FOR THE DE"'IMITION AND RE1;1_0VAL OF
A ST40KE STACK AT THE LIGHT PLANT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
The Board' -of Public °Affft1rs:' is hereby authorised
to advertise for bids for and make a contract for the demolition
and removal of the smoke stack now located at the light plant cf
the City of Little Pock at approximately the foot of Broadway
Street in the City of Little Rock.
Section 2. The expenses incurred under Section 1 of this
ordinance shall be paid out of the general funds of the City of
Little Rock.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
