AN ORDINIANCE APPROPRIATING TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS
(4250.00) OUT OF THE GENERAL FUNDS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK IN PAY11ENT FOR CERTAIN ABSTRACTS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($250.00) is hereby appropriated out of the general funds of the
City of Little Rock to be paid to the Beach Abstract and
Guaranty Company as payment in full for the preparation of
abstracts to the following real property owned by the City:
Part of the river front between Blocks A and E of the
Original City of Little Rock.
Part of the NE �'�uarter Section 3, Township 1N, Range
124' of Block 344 of the Original City of Little Rock
and between Broadway and Arch street and south of the
Arkansas River.
Section 2• Theriayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to issue the warrant of the City of Little Rock to
the Beach Abstract and Guaranty Company in payment of said
bill.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
