ORDINANCE NO. 6365
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF SEMI- ANNUAL INTEREST
ON CITY OF LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AUDI TORT UM BONDS; LIBRARY
ANNEX BONDS; AND NEGRO RECREATION PARK BONDS, ISSUES OF FEBRUARY
1ST, 1937; MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TI EREFOR; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AAKAHSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
Municipal Auditorium Bond Fund the sum a' Eight Thousand Nine
Hundred and Eighty -two Dollars and 40 /100 ($8,992.40) Dollars
for the following indebtedness of the City of Little Rock due
and payable at the office of The Chase National Bank of New
York City on February lst, 1942:
Semi - annual interest at 4% per annum
on $449,000.00 outstanding bonds,
Nos. 21 to 468, inclusive (Coupons Nos. 10)......$8,960.00
Commission for paying coupons due February
1, 1942 detached from Municipal Auditorium
Bonds............ ................................ 22.40

SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated out of the
Library Annex Bond Fund the sum of Four Hundred and Forty -five
and N01100 ($445.00) Dollars for the following indebtedness of
the City of Little Rock due and payable at the office of The
Chase National Bank of New York City on February let, 1942:
Semi-annual interest at 4% per annum
on $22,000.00 outstanding bonds

Fee for paying face value of coupons due
February 1, 1942 , detached from Library

SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated out of the
Negro Park Bond Fund the sum of Two Hundred and Sixty -five and
NO 1100. ($265.00) Dollars for the following indebtedness of the
City of Little Book due and payable at the office of The Chase
National Bank of New York City on February let, 1942.
Semi - annual interest at 4% per annum on
$13,000.00 outstanding bonds (Coupons No. 10)..... $260.00
Fee for paying face value of coupons
due February 1, 19422 detached from
Negro Recreation Park Bond s. ......................
SECTION 4. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Little Rock are hereby authorized to issue the City's warrants
for the amounts and on the funds of the City herein recited;
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to make such arrange-
ments as are necessary for the transmittal of these hinds to
the Chase National Bank of New York City to meet the due date
of February is t, 1942 of said semi - annual interest and paying
agents fees.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in farce from and after its passage.
