AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARY OF THE GENERAL FOREMAN IN THE
STREET PEPARTIVENT, DELL /,RING AY EMERGENCY TO EXIST, A,�vD FOR
OTKER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CO'_ "NCIL OF LITTLE ?SOCK, ARKAYSAS:
Section 1. The salary of the General Foreman in the Street
Department is hereby fixed at One Hundred and Seventy Five Dollars
0;175.00) per month.
Section 2• The salary set out in Section 1 of this ordinance
shall be effective from and after February 1, 1942.
Section 3. The efficient maintenance of the streets of
Little Hock being of great ccnsequence to the public peace,
health and welfare, an emergency is hereby declared to exist,
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the effective date set out herein.
