AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A THRBE MINUTE PASSENGER ZONE
IN FRONT OF THE LINCOLN .HOTEL, 1209 WEST MARTMAM STREET;
DECLARING AN MERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:

Section' 1.
and after the passage and appra'val
this ordinance, it shall be unlawful to park for a longer period
of time exceeding three minutes in front of the Lincoln Hotel,
1209 West Markham street.
Section 2. Signs will be erected giving notice to the
public that the space designated in front of the Lincoln Hotel,
1209 West Markham street, will allow parking not to exceed three-
minutes.
Section 3. WHEREAS, much inconvenience has resulted
because of automobiles being parked all dap in front of said
hotel, and said situation should be remedied immediately, therefore
an emergency is found to exist and this ordinance is found to be
necessary for the immediate preservation of the pdblio peace, health
and safety, and the same shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and ap 7r oval .
