AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR AND MAKE PURCHASE OF ONE TANK CAR OF MOSQUITO
SPRAY OIL TO BE USED IN THE MALARIA CONTROL DIVISION OF THE
HEALTH DEPARTMENT; APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FOUR RUNDRED AND
FIFTY DOLLARS ($450.00) OR SO MUCH THEREOF AS SHALL BE NECESSARY
TO PAY FOR THE PURCHASE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Public Aff,airs is hereby authorized
to advertise for bids for and make purchase of one tank car
of Mosquito Spray oil to be used in malaria control division
of the Health Department.
Section 2. There is hereby appropriated the sum of Four
Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($450.00) or so much thereof as shall
be required to make payment of the purchase authorized in
Section 1 and upon the completion of the purchase by the Board
of Public Affairs, the Yayor and City Clerk are hereby author-
ized to issue the City's warrant in payment thereof.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
