AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SEWER COYU11ITTEE TO FIX
S OF EMPLOYEES OF THE LITTLE ROCK SE7,ER DEPAR'T'MENT AND
E MWBERS OF THE SEWER COMi.YITTEE , AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
R0 CK , ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Sewer Committee is hereby authorized
�wered to fix salaries for all of its employees; and to
provide for the compensation) not in excess of $25.00 per month
from the City of Little Rock Sewer Department funds for eligible
members of said committee in compliance with law; provided that
no compensation shall be paid where committee members are now
ineligible by reason of being members of the Council at this
time.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and laws and parts of
ordinances and laws in conflict herewith be, and the same are
hereby repealed.
