PARKING OF VEHICLES AT ALL TIMES ON EAST 15TH STREET FOR A DISTANCE
OF 100 FEET EAST AND WEST FROM THE OUTSIDE LIMITS OF THE ROCK
ISLAND RIGHT -OF -WAY, PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES AT ALL
TIMES ON THOMAS STREET EAST OF THE ROCK ISLAND RIGHT -OF -WAY WHERE
SAID THOMAS STREET CONNECTS EAST 15TH STREET AND THE C,-?T.

AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
Section 1. From and after the passage of this ordinance
it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to park
any wagon, car, truck, trailer, or automotive vehicle on either the
north or south side of East 15th St. for a distance of 100 feet east
and a distance of 100 feet west of the outside limits of the right-
of-way now used by the Chicago, hock Island, and Pacific Railway
Co. where said right of way intersects East 15th St• in the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. From and after the passage of this ordinance it:,
shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to park any
wagon, car, truck, trailer, or automotive vehicle on either the east
or west side of Thomas St• in the City of Little Rock where said
Thomas St. connects East 15th St. and the continuation of East 15th
St. east of the Rock Island right -of -way mentioned in Section 1 of
this ordinance.
Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating the
provisions of Sections 1 Or t of this ordinance shall, upon con-
vietion in the Little Rock Municipal Court, be found guilty of a
misdemeanor and shall be fined in any sum not less than ollars
00) nor more than Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00), and each vio-
lation is to be considered a separate offense.
Section 4. Ordinance No. 5876 as amended is hereby amended
in conformity with Sections 1, 2, and 3 of this ordinance.
Section 5. The efficient and planned regulation of the streets
of the City of Little Rock and of traffic thereon being essential

to the public peace, health, and safety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
