AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
WATER WORKS TO INSTALL ONE FIRE HYDRANT ON WATER
MAIN TO BE EXTENDED IN BOOKER STREET TO SUPPLY
THE NEW COUNTY HOSPITAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the Little dock Municipal Water, WQ.rka;�

is hereby ordered and directed to install one fire hydrant
connecting to a water main that is to be extended in•Booker
Street to supply the new County Hospital, and the hydrant `is

to be set at the followin location: i
NORTHWEST CORNER OF SOUTH BOOKER STREET
AND ROOSEVELT ROAD.
Section 2. This hydrant is ordered and rates for
same shall govern as set forth in Section 1, Article 30.-nf
Trust Indenture dated February 1, 1936 and approved by'the
City Ordinance No. 5316, passed February 28, 1936, and as-

and as amended by City Ordinance No. 5914, passed June 10, 1940.

Section 3. A free permit is to be granted the Little
Rock Municipal Water Works for the installation of this hydrant.
Section 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as they conflict
with this ordinance.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
