AN ORDINANCE AMW D IN d ORDINANCE NO. 5876, ESTABLISHING A LOADING
AND INLOADING ZONE ON THE WEST SIDE OF BROADWAY STREET IN THE
NORTH THIRTY FEET OF THE S0VTH SEVENTY FIVE FEET MEASVF.ZD FROM
THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF TRZ INTERSECTION OF BROADWAX AND SIXTH
STRECTS IN THE CITT OF LITTLE BOOK: DECLARING AN Z,MZR +NY CX TO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE AO CK , AAKAN SAS :
SECTION 1. When signs are created giving notice thereof,
the following thirty foot space:
Beginning at the NW corner of the intersection of
Broadway and 6th Streets in the City of Little
Rock running thence North forty five (45) feet
to a point of beginning, thence North thirty (30)
feet to the termination
is hereby declared to be a loading end unloading zone, and no
person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for any purpose or
period of time other than for the expeditious loading or unloading
of passengers in said place during the hours when the regulations
applicable to such passenger zones are effective, and then only
for a period not to exceed three minutes.
SECTION 2. Any violation of Seotion 1 of this ordinance
shall constitute a misdemeanor, and any person found guilty thereof
shall, upon conviction in the Little Rook Municipal Court, be
fined in any sun not less than one Dollar ($1.00) nor sore than
Ten Dollars ($10.00).
SECTION 3. Ordinanoe No. 5876 to hereby amended in conformity
with the provisions of Sections 1 and 2 of this ordinance.
SECTION 4. This ordinance is hereby declared to be as emergency
measure, the necessity thereof being the immediate preservation of
the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the City of Little
Rook and shall be in fall force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
