AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE.IOR BIDS FOR AND MAKE A CONTRACT FOR THE
REPAIR.OF THE TRACTOR AND GRADER OWNED BY THE STREET DEPARTI
MU AND NOWLOCATED AT THE. ICIPAL AIRPORT, FIXING THE FOND
OUT OF WHICH SZID EXPENDITURE SHALL BE MADE, DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY, AIM FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to take bids and make a contract or contracts
for the ,repair of the tractor and grader owned by the Street
i; Department and nowloeated at the Municipal Airport.
'' Section 2. The expenditures contemplated and authorized under
the first section of this ordinance shall be made out of the
MAirport Construction Fund.

Section 3. The efficient operation of the Street Department
being vital to the public peace, health and safety, an
emergency is hereby deolared to exist, and this ordinance
