AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ROAKD OF' PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR THE LEASING OF THE I— IVILEGE OF SELLINrx GASOLINE AND
GASOLINE PRODUCTS FO ". A FIVE YEAR PERIOD AT TFE LITTLE ROCK NIUNICI-
PAL AIRPORT ARID FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIT%TED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized to
advertise for bids for the leasing � to five year period of the
privilege of selling gasoline and Pasoline products at the Little
Rock Itunicipal Airport.
Section 2. The maintaining of an adequate supply of gasoline
and gasoline products for the airplanes making use of the Little
Rock iiunicipal Airport being vital to the public peace, health
and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this ordinp.nce
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
