UNLOADING ZONE BETWEEN MAIN AND SCOTT STREET Olt, 9RIDGE STREET
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE POCK, MAKING VIOLA.TIOP".- A I:ISDEYEANOR,
DECLARING AN ElkiERGENCY TO EXIST, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. When signs are erected giving notice thereof,
toll-owing space on the north side of Bridge Street betwoex
Main and Scott Street in the City of Little Rock is hereby declared
to be a loading and unloading zone and no vehicle shall be parked
in said space for any purpose other than loading and unloading of
same:
Beginning at the north west corner of the
intersection of Bridge and Scott Streets in
the City of Little Rock running thence west
89 feet to the point or beginning: thence
west 25 feet.
Section 2• Any violation of Section 1 of this ordinance
shall constitute a misdemeanor and any person found guilty thereof
shall, on conviction in the Little mock Municipal Court, be fined
in any sum not less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor more than len
Dollars 010.00)•
Section 3. OrdA_nance No. 5876 is hereby amended in conformity
with the provisions of Sections 1 and 2 of this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an
emergency measure, the necessity thereof being the immediate
preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the citizens
of the City of Little Rock and shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
