AN OPDINANCE AITTaORILING APED REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO TAKE BIDS O'N AND I'AKE A SALE OF CERTAIN BUIL -,INGS LOCATED AT THE
LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LI`T'TLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The board of public affairs is hereby authorized
axd requested to advertise for bids for and make sale of the
following buildings located at the Little Rock Municipal Airport:
Old Administration Building
One Frame House located near
xorth end of Factoria Ave.
One Frame House located near the
East 6th Street cut -off.
Section 2. The prompt clearing; of the grounds on which the
Little Rock i;runicipal Airport is located being" vital to the public
peace, health and safety, an emer7.ency is declared to exist, and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passaTe and approval.
