Section 1. ''Khan signs are erected giving notice thereof,
the following space on the east side of Sherman Street between
Eightkand Ninth Streets in the City of Little bock is hereby declared
to be a loading and unloading zone and no vehicle shall be parked
in said space fcr any purpose other than loadinw;
