ROCK, ARKAN SAS , DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI'T'Y CO'1NCIL OF THE CITY rF LITTLE ROCK, ARKA \'SAS:
Section 1. Ordinance number 6298 of the ordinances of. the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby repealed in full.
Section 2. Ordinance number 6399 of the ordinances of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, is '• -iereby repealed in full.
Section 3. The efficient administration of the business
affairs of the City, and the necessity of the City government
conducting the affairs of the City within the current revenue
being vital to the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist, and this rdinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
