AN ORDINANCE CREATING A TAXI CAB STAND ON LOUISIANA STREET NEAR
THE NORTHEAST CORNk;R OF THE INTERSECTION OF SIXTH AND LOUISIANA
STREETS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5976,
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIEED BY THE CITY COU11CIL OF' LITTLE ROCK, A.K jojSAS:
Section 1. From and after the passage of this ordinance the
following is declared to be a taxi cab stand:
LeTinnin- at the northeast corner of the inter-
section of Sixth and Louisiana Streets in the
Citir of Little Rock, running thence north twenty
(20) feet along• Louisiana Street to the point
of beLinninr, thence 'North thirty five (35) feet
to the end of the taxi stand.
Section 2. Ti-ie tern.±. "Taxi. Cab Stf�nd" is used in the same sense
that it is employed in Section 39 of Ordinance 5875 of the ordinances
of the City of Little :Rock.
Section 3. Said ordinance � =5875 of the City of Little _stock
is hereby amended in conformity with the fore, -oiny sections.
Section 4. The efficient regulation of the traffic upon the
streets of the City of Little Nock, bein- vital to the public peace,
health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passaPe
and approval.
