13#9tion 1. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to issue a permit for the erection of an electric sign to be
placed on a pole between the street curb and sidewalk at a location to
be selected by the City Engineer in front of the Immanuel Baptist
Church at Tenth and Bishop Streets in the City of Little Rock;
provided, however, that the sig4 shall be erected so as to comply
in all particulars with the other requirements of law.
Section 2• This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
