AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING VARIOUS SUMS OF MONEY FOR PAYMEN TS OF
MATURING PRINCIPAL, SEMI- ANNUAL INTEREST, AND PAYING AGENTS CHARGES
DUE SEPTEMBER 1ST, 1942 ON VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOND ISSUES
AND FOR OTHER PtWOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RACK ,
ARKANSAS:
BEC71 ON 1. There in hereby appropriated out of the
various funds of the City of Little Rock the sums of money as here-
in recited for payment of the City's obligations on various bond
requirements due September 1st, 1942, as follows:
Five per cent sinking Fund - Airport.. Fire Equipment and
Hospital' Bonds
Maturing Principal $15,000.00
Semi-annual Interest 10 , 600.00
Paying Agent's Charges 45.25

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorised
to issue the City's warrants on the respective funds and for the
respective amounts herein mentioned; and the City Clerk is hereby
authorised to make such arrangements as are necessary for the
transmittal of these funds to the proper paying agents to meet the
due date of September let, 1942.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
