Whereas, V. C Johnson has made certain claims for rent and repair &.
allegedly due under said lease, and,
Whereas,the Street Committee of the City Council of thb Clty.of
Little -Rook,
Arkansas
has
investigated the old ms
of the

Johnson, and
offered to
the
said V. C Johnson on
behalf
of the City
the sum of $2500.00 in full settlement of all claims that the said
V. C. Johnson might possess against the City by virtue of the lease
agreement, and fur er offered a '60 N. P, motor, ,and
Whereas -, V.-C. Johnson has accepted the offer of the City en

BE IT ORDAINED BY TIDE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The sum of $2500.00 is hereby appropriated, as follows:
75% bte of the Airpbrt Construction Fund, and 25% out of the Street
Funds of the'C *ty of Little Hoek, to be paid to V. C. Johnson,
and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to Joe..
aue the warrant of the-City in said amount and drawn on said funds.
Section 2. The City further agrees that it will convey, when
motor
requested, the 60 A.Plpurchased by the City for use -at the Bluo
Crusher, said motor and the sum of 2500.Ofy Mated ,

whieh he may possess against the City of Little Rook, Arkansas by
Virtue of his lease agreement with the City leasing the Blue Trap Rook
Crasher end the use by the ity of the crushed rock from said crusher.

Sect_ ;on 3. The clot -jon of the Street Committee of the City
Council in making to V. C. Johnson the -offer set out --in sections
1 and 2 of this ordinance is hereby approved and ratified.
Section 4. The efficient management of the business affairs of the
City being vital to the public peace, health and safety, an
