6498Aid ORDINANCE REGULATING PARKING ON A PORTION OF HARRINGTON STREET
IN THE CITY OF LIT` "LE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE 5876 OF
THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY fr COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. When signs are erected giving notice thereof,
the parking of vehicles is prohibited at all times upon the
following streets:
Both sides of Harrington Street from the inter-
section at Tenth and Harrington Street to the
Administration Building of the Little Rock Mun-
icipal Airport.
SECTION 2. Section 35 of Ordinance 5876 of the Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended to
include the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3• The regulation of traffic upon the streets of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being vital to the public
peaee, health, and safety, an emergency is hereby declared to
exist, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
