ORDINANCE NO. ub12
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $300.00 TO THE ARKANSAS MUNICIPAL
LEAGUE; DELARING AN EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPORES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $300.00 is hereby appropriated
out of the General Funds of the City of Little Bock to be
paid to the. Arkansas Municipal League; and the Mayor and the
City Clerk are hereby directed to issue forthwith the
warrant of the City in said amount to the named payee; said
amount being appropriated as the share of the City of Little
Rock in defraying expenses of the Arkansas Municipal League.
SECTION 2. The maintenance of anArkansas ilundcipal
League for the common benefit of all municipalities in the
State of Arkansas having a direct relation to the efficient
operation of the City Government, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from ar3 after its passage and approval.
