AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR ANT' CITY CLERK TO ATAEND A
LEASE ENTERED INTO BETWEEN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND T. A.
FUZZELL, AS AUTHORIZED UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 6444 AS AIENDED;
DECLARING AN E" ERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Tfayor and City Clerk are herefi�y authorized

ixiopb'etwaen the City of Little Rook, Arkansas and T. A. Fuzzell,
as authorized under Ordinance No. 6444 of the ordinances of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as amended; said amendment to
consist of the inclusions in the lease agreement of a provision
that the lessee shall be allowed to remove from the leased
premises, at the termination of the lease period, any structures
or improvements that he may have erected on the leased premises,
provided, however, that the lessee shall return the premises in
approximately the same condition as when he received them.
SECTION 2. The furnishing of healthful recreation to the
t oitz*ns of Little Rock being vital to the peace, health and
safety of the people of Little Rock, an e:ne rgency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full-force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
