AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $3,000.00 OUT OF THE GENERAL FUNDS OF THE
CITY OF LIT'T'LE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO THE PULASKI COMM DI +.MSE COUNCIL,
DECLAR IP G AN EMERG& CY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LI`T'TLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the general
j funds of the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, the slam of $3,000.00 to
be paid to the Pulaski County Defense Council; and the mayor and the
City clerk are hereby authorized and directed to issue the warrant of
the city in the said amount to the named payee, and drawn on the fund
mentioned.
SECTION 2. The establishment and maintenance of the functions
discharged by the Pulaski County Defense Council being vital to the
public peace, health and safety, an emergency is hereby declared to
exist; and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
