AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE INSTAIJ.ATION OF A CANOPY OVER THE SIDEWAIX
IN FRONT OF THE PREKISrS OF 2823 KAVAMUGH BLVD. IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ISSUE A PERIL -,IT THEREFOR*
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSE'S.
M IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Permission is hereby granted to erect a canopy across
the allewil1i and leading to the street in frc►mt of the premises now
located at 2823 Kavanaugh Blvd. in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
said canopy to be approximately 8 feet wide and 8 feet long, and to
be in a location approved by the City Engineer.
SECTION 2. The City Engineer is hereby directed to issue a
permit allowing the construction of the canopy mentioned in section
1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
frcm and after its passage.
