ORDINANCE NO. 65 —
AN.ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVE-
MENTS ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THIRD AND ROCK STREETS IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE
OF A BUILDING PERMIT THEREFOR; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
i 8E'CT.7 "ON I. Authority is hereby granted to permit the.
repair and improvement of a loading chute and housing
platform at the southwest corner at Third and Rock Streets
in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, said improvements
to be adjacent to the building structures now located
thereon; this authority being granted on condition that
the improvements authorized from this ordinance shall be
removed as soon as materials for the construction of
permanent improvements can be secured after the termination
of the present national emergency.
SECTI "ON 2. The City Engineer is hereby directed and
authorized to issue a building permit for the improvements
described in Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
