ORDINANCE NO. 6557
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE A PANEL TRUCK FOR THE CITY POUND,
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to purchase in the manner provided
by law one panel truck for use at the City Pound.
SECTION 2• The control of dogs and rabies throughout
the City of Little Rock being vital to the public peace,
health and safety, an emergency is hereby declared and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
