ANDOBDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE CER-
TAIN RIOT AND MOB EQUIPNEIT, MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO CODER PURCHASE
PRICE, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs/hereby authorized to
purchase from Federal Laboratories, Inc., the following equipment, to -wit:
6 203 short range shells, C.N.
6 115 Triple chaser grenades, C.N.
8 230 Flite Rite projectiles, C.N.
12 1205 Spedeheat projectiles, C.N.
The aforesaid equipment to cost not to exceed Two Hundred Thirty Seven
Dollars ($237.00)*
SECTION 2. The sum of Two Hundred Thirty Seven Dollars is
hereby appropriated out of the City General Fund for the paying of the
purchase price of the aforesaid equipment.
SECTION 3. This ordinance being necessary to preserve the peace
and safety of t #e Citizens of the City of Little Rock, an emergency is
hereby declared and same shall be in full force and effect on and after
its passage and approval.
