AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOA-D OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS -
TO PURCHASE 30,000 GALLONS OF LIQUID ASPHALT TO BE DELIVERED AS
NEEDED, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TTiE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
- SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to take bids for and make purchase, in the manner {
provided by law, of the following materials to be used on the #
streets of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
Any quantity up to 30,000 gallons of liquid asphalt,
suitable for use on the streets of the City of Little
Rock. -
Said asphalt shall be delivered as needed for said street purposes.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
