Section 1. , The sum of $940.32 is hereby appropriated out of
the MMIPA funds for the payment of the
amounts tndicated "below to the Improvement Districts in payment in full through

the calendar year 1943 of any and all claims that said Districts may possess
against the City of Little Rock, or any property owned by the City of Little

Section 2. The amounts appropriated in Section 1 of this
Ordinance shall be paid out of the AUTO Ate f og HE» funds
of the City of Little Rock, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to issue the warrants of the City in payment of said amounts; said warrants
shall be issued upon the express condition that the amounts so paid shall be
in full and complete settlement and discharge of any and all claims which any
or.all of skid Districts or any persons claiming through or under them may
have against the City of Little Rock, or any property owned by the City of
Little Rock through the calendar year 1943.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in fall force and effect
from and after ita_passage and approval.
