AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADV=, ISE
FOR AND ACCEPT BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF TIRES, TUBES, 33ROSENE,
GASOLMNE, GREASES AND OILS FOR THREE MONTHS PERIOD BEGINNING
JANUARY 1st, 1944.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TAE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise forbids for tires, tubes, repairs, kerosene,
w.
gasoline, greases and oils to be furnished during the months of
January, February and March, 1944.
Section 2. This ordinance being necessary for the proper maintenance
of city equipment, an emergency is hereby declared and same shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
