AN ORDINANCE FINDING YHAT AN ALLEY RUNNING IN A NOR`T'H• -SOUTH DIRECTION IN
BLOCK TWELVE, POPE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS SHOULD
BE ABANDONED AND FINDING THAT ALL ABUTTIN ".x PROPERTY OWNERS AND OTHER PER-
SONS DIRECTLY INTERESTED HEVE CONSENTED TO SUCH ABANDONPAENT, AND ABANDON-
ING SAID ALLEY, AND FOR OTHER PUVOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED B Y THE CI`T'Y COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The city Council hereby findT that a petition has heretofore
been filed with theCity Councivl praying for the abandonment of the North
South alley in block Twelve, PopeAs Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas; that the City Council adopted the appropriate resolution in
compliance with Act 311 of the 1941 General Assembly of the State of
Arkansas; that the Cty Clerk has caesed notice to be given for the time
and in the manner required by said Act 311;and that said matter has been
set for hearing on Monday, December 13, 1943 at eight b1clock

.; and that all thins have been d m e to enable the Council to hear this.
Section Z. That said meeting was held, and no person appeared to resist
the closing of said alley.
Section 3., That said alley should be and is hereby abandoned, and all
abutting property owners and other persons directly interested have con-
sented to such abandonment,
