AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAKING OF A CURB CUT FOR A DISTANCE OF
SIXTEEN (16) FEET IN FRONT OF THE PREMISES LOCATED AT 615 EAST SECOND
STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; REQUIRING.THE CITY-.ENGIN-
EER TO APPROVE SAME; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Authority is hereby granted to make a curb out and
construct a concrete driveway thereon for a distance of sixteen (16)

the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. Before any curb out authorized in this ordinance may
be made, the precise location of same shall be approved by the City
Engineer.
SECTION 3. Before exercising the authority provided in Section 1
of this ordinance, any person seeking to make said curb out shall pay
any and all fees now provided under the ordinances and regulations
governing the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 4.` This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
