FORFEITURE AND SALE FOR NON - PAYMENT OF TAXES IN SEWER IMPRO NT DIS-
TRICT #104: AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ISSUE
THE WARRANT
_ .HE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK IN SAID AMOUNT TO SAID DISTRICT, AND FOR

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS :.
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund, the sum of One Thousand Fifty Four' and 77/100 ($1,054.77)
Dollars, for the redemption of Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 87, Original City
of Little Rock, and Lot 11, Block 6, Pope's Addition to Little Rock,
the same being property owned by.the city of Little Rock, which has
been forfeited to Sewer Improvement.District #104 for the non-
payment of benefits assessed in said District, for the years 1932
to 1943 inclusive, as to Lot 11, Block 6, Popets Addition, and for
tie years 1932 to and including the year 1941 as to Lots 10,11 and
