AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE
FIFTY TONS OF HAY FOR THE ANIMALS AT THE MUNICIPAL ZOO; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Afftirs is hereby authorized

tons' of hay for the animals at the Municipal Zoo. The hay purchased
under this Ordinance shall not exceed ;25.00 per ton in cost.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
